I'm having Accupunture for the pain & it's really good. Medication & I don't get on. Except my sleeping pills, without which i'd be back to night traumas.
I've also started attending private counselling for my PTSD & it's amazing what i've learnt so far. I've added a page especially for it. I'll update as i learn.
Thers a mothers day march in London, where the undernoted petition will be handed in at no 10 Downing St.
I have a survivor picninc to attend in May
Theres another survivor rally this year on 4th June at Trafalgar Square London between 1 & 4.
Lets hope our voices are heard once & for all. It's time for change. Let's make this happen. Children of the future are relying on us.
